Nova Scotia Cross Country Provincials are Feb 11th and 12th.  Go to http://www.zone4.ca/ to register.  See attachment below for race details. 

Waverley Macdonald Sport Park programs start at 9:30am.

 NOTE:  Jan 28th and Feb 4th program times at Martock will be EARLIER due to provincial biathlon competitions both weekends.  (xc 9am-10:30 / biathlon 10:30-12noon)
